James Stevenson
Senior Technical Sales Engineer
Since 1997, James Stevenson has been an integral part of the Copeland team, where he now serves as Senior Technical Sales Engineer. His journey with the company began in the Integrated Product Development (IPD) laboratory, where he excelled as a Project Technician before transitioning to the Product Evaluation laboratory. There, James conducted life tests and production audit testing, building a strong technical foundation that continues to inform his work today. In his current role, James leverages his deep technical expertise to support OEM engineering and sales teams, providing solutions that bridge product performance with customer needs. He also holds a Certificate in HVACR from ITT Technical Institute.
Jim Fultz
National Technical Training Manager
Jim Fultz joined Copeland in June 2019, bringing with him over 35 years of experience in the HVACR industry. He has vast experience from owning his own HVAC company to working in the HVACR wholesale business. Prior to joining Copeland, Jim worked as a product specialist for a distributor after owning his own HVAC company. Jim is known in the industry for being able to impart his trade knowledge onto others in a method that is easily understood by all. His trainings utilize presentations and simulators to ensure the audience masters all topics. You can see Jim interacting with other influencers on social media whether on Copeland’s, his own, or as a guest on multiple different social media platforms. This has allowed Jim to be recognized as 1 of the Top 25 Most Influential HVACR Educators and Trainers for the past 2 years.
