Are water damage claims, comfort complaints, and repeat service visits eating into your profits and your reputation? This hands-on webinar — drawn directly from ACCA's Tech Rehab Series — gives HVAC professionals a no-fluff, field-ready playbook for eliminating the most common and costly mistakes technicians make every day.

In this session, you'll walk away knowing how to:

  • Protect customer property by recognizing the warning signs of condensate and moisture issues, knowing what to look for in the field, and communicating those findings clearly to your customers before small problems become expensive ones.
  • Measure what actually matters — real operating capacity, true airflow CFM, and sensible vs. latent BTU loads — so you can diagnose with confidence instead of guesswork.
  • Identify the hidden performance killers quietly draining your system's efficiency and your customer's comfort.
  • Communicate like a pro — translate technical findings into plain language that earns customer trust and speeds up approval decisions.
  • Document every visit in a way that protects your company legally and builds long-term credibility.

Whether you're a seasoned tech looking to sharpen your edge or a service manager trying to raise your whole team's standard of care, this webinar delivers practical skills you can use on your very next call.

Your reputation is built one service visit at a time. Make everyone count.
