### From Contractor to Homeowner: Real-World Lessons from a Whole-Home Heat Pump Installation

Wednesday, October 28 | 12:00 - 1:00 PM ET

Presented by Platinum Strategic Partner Midea

---

What happens when an HVAC contractor becomes the customer? Former ACCA board member and contractor Cody Novini joins David Rames of Midea Residential Air Conditioning to share lessons from Cody’s recent whole-home installation of a Midea EVOX All Climate heat pump system.

Drawing on the project from equipment selection through commissioning, they’ll discuss how proper sizing, installation practices and inverter-driven technology make modern heat pumps a viable option for homeowners across the country.

Attendees will also hear how today’s all-climate heat pumps are designed to address common retrofit challenges and what contractors should consider when recommending and installing these systems for their customers.
