Building Leaders from the Field to the Front Office
Tuesday, July 28 | 1:30 - 2:30 PM ET
This fall, ACCA is launching two new leadership programs, and this session is your chance to see what both are about — no commitment required.
What sets them apart from typical leadership training is that ACCA built them specifically for the HVACR industry. The modules, case studies, language, and community are all grounded in the realities of running a trades business, not adapted from a one-size-fits-all management course.
Legacy Builders is for owners ready to get out of the weeds. If you’re still approving every decision and solving every problem, this is your path from owner-operator to CEO, and eventually to a clean exit on your terms. Over the course of a year, you’ll get:
- Three in-person, 3-day leadership workshops
- Monthly virtual Legacy Labs between workshops
- One-on-one mentorship from owners who have already made the leap
- A moderated peer community that keeps going long after the program ends
The Service Managers Leadership Lab is for managers who were promoted for being great in the field and then are expected to lead a team without any real training. It’s a 7-month cohort centered on the challenges service and install managers face every day:
- Monthly virtual sessions, one leadership module at a time
- An in-person capstone with your cohort at ACCA 2027
- A peer group that gets the pressure you’re under — during the program and after
The two are built to work together, too. When an owner and their managers grow at the same time, the impact inside a business compounds.
In this session, we’ll go through what's in each program, who they’re for, pricing by membership tier, and how to enroll.
These are small cohorts by design, so spots are limited. Join the webinar to get your questions answered before you decide.

As the leader of the developUs Worldwide business, Kelly’s core focus on developing high performing relationships drives the approach to partnerships, client relationships, and how we work with employees and contractors. In our partnership we strive to deliver the highest quality programs and products, but also to develop high-performing and meaningful relationships with our clients. Not only do we want you to love the outcome, but we want you to enjoy the process, and we want you to like working with us. Around here, teamwork and authenticity reign king, and Kelly can be found digging into design and delivery work when duty calls, and seen in a baseball hat and flip flops when working behind the scenes.
While the developUs team works with a majority of the clients we serve, Kelly personally works with a select few corporate clients and individual coaching clients every year, and focuses on generating positive impact in the areas of sales, recruiting, leadership, organizational development and training and professional development.
