TJ O'Connor
President, Farmington Consulting Group
TJ O’Connor has been with the Farmington Consulting Group since 2008 and became president of FCG in 2018. ACCA has worked with FCG on the national Contractor of the Future study since 2025. O’Connor is nationally recognized as an expert growth strategist in the electrical, plumbing, and HVACR distribution channels and has a wealth of experience conducting and analyzing distribution industry surveys, leading advisory councils, facilitating strategic planning sessions, and working with cross-functional teams on process improvement. O’Connor is a graduate of the University of Connecticut with a degree in Finance. Prior to joining FCG, he worked as a Retirement Planner at Prudential Retirement. He resides in Sarasota, Florida and has two young children.
